What to Expect

A Week of Listening, Lineage & Sacred Witnessing

This journey moves through four arcs:

  1. Arrival & Belonging

  2. Lineage & Preparation

  3. Witnessing

  4. Integration & Return to Life

❋ Intentional Structure

We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Led by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.

❋ A Supportive Space

Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

About the Retreat

  • "And above all, remember that the meaning of life is to build as if it is a work of art."

    Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel

  • Certainly, traveling is more than the seeing of sights; it is a change that goes on, deep and permanent, in the ideas of living."

    - Miriam Beard

  • Travel isn't always pretty. It isn't always comfortable. Sometimes it hurts, it even breaks your heart. But that's okay. The jojrny changes you; it should change you. It leaves marks on your memory, on your consciousness, on your heart, and on your body. You take something with you. Hopefully, you leave something good behind."

    Anthony Bourdain
